This is general image compression utility and supports are given below.
User are free to distribute for academic purposes or personal use.
SVM Image ActiveX tool is developed under a project funded by:
Ministry of Information and technilogy, New Delhi, India
and developed by Indian Institute of Technology kanpur, India.

* 4.  INSTALLING THE SOFTWARE

4.1 General Installation Notes

1.  For Installing SVM Image ActiveX Control tool admininstrator 
    privillages are required.

2.  To install the SVM Image ActiveX Control tool, 
    double-click on the self-installing setup file.

3.  To run the SVM Image ActiveX Control tool, 
    double click the Internet Explorer shortcut on desktop.
