In e-Sikshak, Indian language interface support is provided in Telugu, Tamil and Hindi. This multilingual support is   implemented   using Unicode based character set. Interactivity is also provided in the above languages, wherein   the user would be able to   communicate in the environment in the given local language.

  
  Query handler helps in streaming the learners’ queries to proper stakeholders. A learner can pose the query to the   instructor,   administrator or Counselor depending on the nature of it. The query can either be replied by the   instructor or redirected /   forwarded to the expert of the course or administrator of the environment. This   provides high degree of interaction among the   various stakeholders of the environment
